A: Yes, we would try our best to help your package go through customs smoothly. In addition, we can also follow any instructions you told us. So if you have package or labeling tips, please tell us by email or add it during the step 1 of checkout process before we ship your parcel. We try our best effort to do as you told us.
However, due to the different tax policies of different countries/regions, if taxes occur, buyers are responsible for customs duty/VAT. Thank you for your understanding.
