very poorly packagesd in with metal chain. Almost half the order ruined through broken glass scratching other tiles. Product not replaced by seller.

As to broken B13939,I feel so sorry they are damaged heavily on the way.Later our packing assitant will pay more attention to packaging to protect them.Sorry again for all!We will email you a good solution.
