Q: What is the processes of "Vacuum Plating"for stainless steel products? What are their advantages?

A: This is a process of electroplating. It is a green and environmentally friendly technology. The advantages are:
1) Uniform coating with high gloss,
2) Variety of colors to mimic different metal appearances,
3) Environmentally friendly with no harmful gas emission.

Q: Why do some products have REACH labels in their titles, but others do not?

A: We will test products from different factories from time to time. If the test is passed, we will add REACH labels to make customers feel more assured. Products that are not labeled do not mean that they have not passed the test, but that they have not been tested yet. Because we have many products, if each one is tested, the cost will be higher. If you have any requirements, you can contact our sales for further confirmation. Of course, we will continue to do this product testing work, so more products will be labeled with REACH labels in the future.

Q: Why are the products on the certificates of some products different from those in the listing?

A: We test based on the dimension of "factory". For example, we will randomly test one product with the same material and craftsmanship from the same factory, and then these products will share the same certificate.

Q: How to tell the difference between antique silver, silver plated, silver tone and sterling silver?

A: All of the items are related with silver, you may feel it is hard to tell them apart, if so, the following information can help you. :)

	Antique Silver: it has plated silver and blackened to a feature so its color takes on an antique look (darken color)
	Silver Tone: it imitates the silver color but it is not in fact silver, not shiny as the silver plated (dull silver color looks like the platinum color)
	Silver Plated: it has plated with a layer of real silver, so it looks the same as sterling silver, except the 925 hallmark. (Shiny silver color)
	Sterling Silver: it is made out of solid sterling silver (bright sparkly silver color)

Q: Do your products have stock available on hand? If I place my order when will you ship it?

A: Yes, all of our products nearly 99.9% have stock on hand normally. Everything you see on our website is currently in stock (except individual items stated out of stock). This means that we can arrange to send your parcel quickly (in 1-2 days) when you place your order and complete the payment. Compared with some sellers whose products not in stocks, maybe they promise to ship your order by EMS in 3-7 days, but in actual, they usually take 20-30 days to prepare the products.

Q: Why sometimes the color of the products you ordered from us is a little different from the images showing on our website?

A: In order to avoid the bad effect on our products due to the long-term storage, we control certain inventory for the items. We have to replenish our stock when inventory below alert quantity. So this may cause a little different of the color between products and images, for the different batches of the stock.

Our products images are based on the object shooting. The color of some items can not be accurate described, if you find that the color we defined on description is different from image, please take image prevail. We very appreciate your kindly understanding.

Note: If you happen to found the description name on title is different from the picture, you could also take picture for reference. For example, if the pictures shows an butterfly, but we write dragonfly in the title by mistake. You could also take reference on picture or email us.

Q: What's the meaning of the Item Label on each package I received?

A: The Item Label includes 3 parts:

	1) Part No. (e.g. No.B01668)
	2) Quantity of the item (e.g. Quantity:1 )
	3) Quality Control Inspector ID (e.g. QC: 1266)

Item label Use Guide

1. Check and confirm your order. You can use the packing slip to check part no. directly, which is a good way to save your time because you don't have to confirm one by one against pictures online.

2. Check the quantities for each item you received. If you find the quantity of one item is less than written on the bag, just contact us and tell us the part no. We will resend you missing ones immediately.

3. Improve our product quality. For each item, there are strict requirements for the selection and package. If you are unsatisfied with any items you received, please offer us its Item Label, we will compensate you qualified product.
