A: The shipping fee for express shipping is charged by each 500gram. In same interval, the shipping fee will be same. For example:
Parcel which weight 100 gram will cost same shipping fee as 490 gram ones. (Since they are both in the range of 1gram-500gram)
Parcel which weight 510 gram will cost more then 490 gram (since 510 gram in the range of 500gram-1000gram, 490 gram in the range of 1gram-500gram)
A: Yes, we do offer shipping discount. If your order weight more than 35KG, please kindly contact us to inquiry about the shipping fee. Normally we can get better discount from China Post when parcel's weight reached 35KG. You can feel confident to place order here because best shipping fee will be offered.

A: Just contact us, we will help you to find what happens. But hope you can understand that when your parcel is shipped out, we can not control its status/shipping time, sometimes China Post is also not able to provide more assistance, since it is a long journey from our city to yours. In most of cases, we need to be more patient to wait more days. If we believe that your parcel is lost during delivery, we will ship out replacement to you.
A: If your parcel shows damage on receipt, attempt to open it in the presence of the postman or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. And please feel free to contact us, if possible, please try to send the pictures of the damaged package or item, we will provide the best service to you.
A: However, due to the different tax policies of different countries/regions, if taxes occur, buyers are responsible for customs duty/VAT. Thank you for your understanding.

A: But not all shipping methods are in this case. Take Normal DHL (by Agent) for example, for parcels weighing 21kg, it only cost US$111.9, which is much lower than US$118.44 charged for 17kg parcels. The reason is that when parcel reach 21kg, we could get better shipping price from post agent.
Kind Suggestion: When your parcel weighs more than 17kg but less than 21kg, we recommend you to buy more items, in that case, for all extra items you add, you do not have to pay additional shipping fee, and the shipping fee you have to pay may be lower.

For normal airmail shipping and EMS shipping, shipping fee was calculated by shipping weight only, which will not be related with volume. For example, if the shipping weight of one parcel is only 2KG, but the volume is 1m³, then the shipping fee will only calculate shipping weight of 2KG. Shipping company will not consider the parcel's volume, in another word, they will not charge additonal fee for the volume.
For DHL, UPS, Fedex, shipping company also consider parcel's volume when charging shipping fee. For example,
for item B06158, whose weight is 0.8KG, with volume of 13142cm 29.5(length)*13.5(Width)*33(height)=13142cm³. The shipping company will charge shipping fee by volume, that's to say, they will charge shipping fee of 2.62kg for this parcel instead of 0.8kg.
Here is the detail of their calculation method for reference:
Using Volume 13142cm³ divide 5000
volume weight: 13142/5000=2.62kg (the result 2.62kg is the shipping weight they will charge)
Note: if the result is less than actual shipping weight, shipping company will charge the heavier ones(actual shipping weight). In one word, for one parcel, there are two kinds of weight, one is actual weight, the other is volume weight. After comparison with two weight, shipping company will charge by the heavier one. When parcel's volume is big, normally the volume weight will be heavier. So they will charge by volume weight.
