FWe handle out-of-stock backorders in three ways for your choice:
1. To get backorders delivered faster, we normally ship them separately from China via airmail once new stock arrives within a few days at no extra shipping cost for you. We replenish stock at our China warehouse earlier than our overseas local warehouse since we have no local factories. We ship bulk goods to overseas storage on a fixed schedule, which leads to longer waiting times for restocked backorders. Thank you for your understanding.
2. We can consolidate backorders with your subsequent order. For instance, if your next order is shipped from our local warehouse, we will send the backorder together from the same facility. Feel free to remind us if you prefer this method.
3. If you would like your full order shipped together in one batch, just let us know and we will follow your request.
A: Our total shipping fee covers two costs: the bulk freight to transfer inventory to our lcoal warehouses plus local USPS delivery charges. We have long-term cooperation with major logistics providers and qualify for preferential rates, so our overall shipping cost stays competitive. For heavy shipments, FedEx or DHL delivery options may cost less; you may select whichever cheaper option suits you.
